CyberPatrol Uninstall Information

 

 

How to Uninstall CyberPatrol Version 6.x and 7.x

If you currently have CyberPatrol installed, you will need to remove it, before installing version 7.7.

NOTE: Your previous 7.6 license information will not work with 7.7.

To uninstall CyberPatrol version 6.x and 7.x follow the directions below. If you need instructions for removing version 4 click here or version 5 click here.

  1. Open the Control Panel to Add\Remove Program (If you are using Windows Vista choose Programs from the Control Panel and then click on the link “Uninstall a Program”).
  2. Highlight CyberPatrol in the list that appears.
  3. Click on the Remove button on the right hand side of the page (in Windows Vista click on Uninstall at the top of the program list).
  4. You will be prompted for your HQ password to complete the removal process.
  5. Once the un-installation has completed, Reboot.
