CyberPatrol is a security program and failure to uninstall the program as directed below will result in lost of Internet access. To remove the program you must use the Uninstall option within the CyberPatrol program. Please do not attempt to delete files you consider are associated with CyberPatrol. If you experience difficulties with uninstalling, please contact the CyberPatrol Technical Support team.
CyberPatrol cannot be properly removed by deleting files or using a third party uninstall program. To properly remove CyberPatrol use the Uninstall option built into the program. If files have already been deleted, re-install the product to repair these files then run the Uninstall option.
Note: the Headquarters password should have been created by whoever installed the software as this is part of the installation process. We have noticed, however, that a large number of customers do not set a password during the installation. In these situations, leaving the password blank then clicking OK will allow access.
CyberPatrol should now be removed from your computer. To reinstall CyberPatrol, download the latest version - do not reinstall version 5 as this version is no longer supported. If you have any subscription remaining, contact our Customer Service team. They will issue you with a replacement code to register the new software.
If you have forgotten the password or the person that installed the product is not available, you will need to contact Technical Support for further instruction. Be sure to specify that you are attempting to uninstall version 5. .
