We Understand the Channel
At CyberPatrol we depend on resellers for our success. Our sales resources are dedicated to reseller support rather than to compete with the channel.
The CyberPatrol Reseller Program includes product discounts, online ordering, marketing materials, and sales reporting. You will also receive monthly electronic newsletters that keep you informed on products, marketing programs, and other special programs. You’ll be invited to periodic webinars that bring you the latest in market, product, and marketing information.
Discounts
Resellers participate in a tiered program. Discounts start at 30% and accelerate to 40% after achieving $7,500 in orders to CyberPatrol in a calendar year. At times CyberPatrol may offer special promotions that are designed to drive business and increase your margins.
Marketing Material
Resellers have total access to banner ads, collateral material, presentations and other material available to help you sell. As a reseller you are qualified to display our certified reseller logo.
Easy Ordering
CyberPatrol’s reseller program lets you order software online quickly and easily for resale to your customers. Just log on to the CyberPatrol Reseller Store using your reseller ID and password.
Placing an order is as simple as choosing the product(s) you would like to purchase and proceeding to checkout. You can specify on the order form page to whom the product should be licensed, e.g. to the customer's name or company name, and to whom it should be delivered.
Choose one of the following options when ordering online as a reseller:
- Licensing to the customer, e.g. first and last name or company name
- Licensing to you, e.g. first and last name or company name
- Delivery to you (delivery address and billing address are identical)
- Delivery to the customer if customer information is entered on the order form
Reporting
View your orders by logging into your account at https://ccc.element5.com/ccc/my_account.html.
SiteSURV - For Business and Education. CyberPatrol SiteSURV Internet filtering offers protection from Internet abuse, viewing of inappropriate content, and illegal downloads – all of which can expose you to legal liability, security issues, lost productivity and increased bandwidth consumption.
SiteSURVplus - For Business and Education. SiteSURVplus is a combination of network-based filtering software and a comprehensive database of known ‘bad’ web sites. It reviews web site requests from network users, and blocks or allows access to web sites based on parameters you select.
CyberPatrol Parental Controls - For Home, Business, and Education. CyberPatrol Parental Controls is a desktop application specifically designed to help combat online threats and create a safe environment for your family, school, business or library yet still allows the freedom to explore.
Signing up is easy. Click on "Join the CyberPatrol Reseller Program Today" and you will be directed to our Element 5 reseller site. Complete the requested information on the application. Choose and enter your password. You are assigned a user ID and your information is submitted and reviewed by a CyberPatrol representative. You will receive a confirming e-mail.
During the review process, you may be contacted by phone or e-mail by a CyberPatrol representative. We attempt to process all request within 2 business days. You will be notified by e-mail regarding changes to your account status.
