It constantly crawls the Internet, examining web sites and categorizing them into allowable and blocked lists. Each day we process over a million sites, and our database contains over 22 million sites and 220 million URLs.

Requires NO Client Software

Because SiteSURVplus uses DNS web filtering, there is no software required to run on individual PCs. And SiteSURVplus is operating system independent at the client level, so it works with PC and MAC systems. Deployment is immediate and no action is required when new users are added to the network.

Easy to Use Administrative Console

SiteSURVplus’ easy to use administrative console gives you complete control over Internet access on your network. There are 9 normally blocked categories and an additional 36 categories of allowed web sites. And if you want to block or allow specific web sites, SiteSURVplus allows you to create your own custom allow and block lists.

Local Filtering Decreases Bandwidth

CyberPatrol’s entire database is stored on a server that resides on your network, which means all web requests are filtered locally, proactively blocking objectionable content and sites that contain malware. How SiteSURVplus Works

SiteSURVplus software can be installed on any Windows-based computer on your network, other than your DNS servers. In most cases, customers use a dedicated PC. Hardware and software requirements are minimal, so just about any PC will do. Once the software is installed, change the IP settings on your DHCP server to point to the SiteSURVplus PC instead of your DNS server. Now, all web site requests from any computer on your network are redirected to SiteSURVplus. Only web site requests that meet criteria set by the system administrator are allowed.

SiteSURVplus can run on almost any Windows PC (does not have to be a server).
